Use of the Website is possible only with full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this User Agreement.
A User who does not fully or partially agree with these terms must immediately cease any use of the Website.
For the purposes of this User Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Website Administration — holds all exclusive property rights to the Website (including the domain name), materials posted on the Website, and carries out its administration and management.
Database — a collection of Information posted on the Website. All Information posted on the Website, as well as the selection, grouping, and arrangement of such Information, constitute the intellectual property of the Website Administration and/or other rights holders.

Moderation — modification or deletion of any Information available on the Website, including content added by the User.
User — any person who uses the Website. A User who has completed the registration process and obtained a login and password is considered a registered user and has a Profile. Any User accessing and using the Website automatically agrees to this User Agreement.
User Content — any content (text, video, images, reviews, comments, etc.) created by Users and posted on the Website.
User Profile (Account) — a password-protected section of the Website containing information provided by the User. Each User is entitled to have only one Profile.
User Personal Information — any information provided by the User during registration or while using the Website, including personal data and technical data such as IP address, cookies, browser information, and other related data.
Website — the internet resource located at https://nighthold.ru/, including software, design, databases, sections, and all Information posted by the Website Administration and Users. All exclusive property rights to the Website belong to the Website Administration.
Spam — unsolicited advertising, informational, or other mass messages.
Any terms not defined in this section shall be interpreted according to the meaning derived from the text of this Agreement. In case of disputes regarding interpretation, the interpretation determined by the Website Administration shall prevail.
This User Agreement governs the rules and conditions for using the Website and posting Information on it and constitutes a contract between the User and the Website Administration, replacing all prior agreements.
Accessing, using the Website, or performing any actions on the Website signifies the User’s acceptance of and obligation to comply with this Agreement. User registration also constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
The Website Administration has the right, at any time and at its discretion, without prior notice, to:
restrict or terminate User access to the Website;
refuse to post, move, or delete any materials;
block or delete User accounts and remove any Information contained therein.
The User acknowledges that the Website Administration bears no liability for exercising these rights.
The User understands and agrees that the Website may contain advertising necessary for its operation. The User agrees not to block or interfere with such advertising. The Website Administration may place advertising without notice or compensation. All interactions with advertisers are solely between the User and the advertiser.

The Website Administration may block or delete a User Profile and remove User Information without explanation if the User violates this Agreement or provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Each registered User has a unique login and password intended solely for that User.
The User must not disclose login credentials to third parties and is fully responsible for all actions performed using their account.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately notify the Website Administration.
The Website Administration is not responsible for loss or damage of Information resulting from the User’s failure to comply with these requirements.
The Website Administration takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User Personal Information. However, the User acknowledges that data breaches may occur due to technical failures or third-party attacks and agrees not to make claims against the Administration in such cases.
User Profile information is considered publicly available. The Website Administration may collect and process Personal Information for purposes including:
user identification;
communication with Users;
service improvement;
advertising targeting;
statistical research using anonymized data.
The User may edit or delete Personal Information via support services, which may limit access to certain Website features.
The Website Administration may transfer Personal Information to third parties in cases permitted by law, with User consent, or to protect legal rights and interests.

Public criticism of the Website Administration or moderation decisions is prohibited.
The Website Administration reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
The User may use the Website only in accordance with this Agreement and within its technical capabilities.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Website Administration is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
The Website Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Website Administration and its partners from any claims arising from the User’s actions, content, or violation of this Agreement.
All Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court.
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Agreement is drafted in Russian; in case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
The Website Administration may amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Acceptance is confirmed by actual use of the Website.
